Dr. Arla Kasaj is a Naturopathic Doctor and a registered Acupuncturist working in Belmont Village in Kitchener and now at the Sport Specialist Rehab Centre in Toronto. She has been practicing naturopathic medicine for the past 5 years. She completed her undergraduate studies in Science Kinesiology at McMaster University and then she continued her medical training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto.
Dr. Kasaj currently runs a family practice and prefers to use all of the Naturopathic modalities when treating her patients including but not limited to nutritional and lifestyle counseling, botanical medicine, acupuncture, homeopathy, and hydrotherapy.
She continues to expand her toolbox and since graduation, she has become a certified NAET practitioner, a registered Acupuncturist, a Breast Health practitioner, and she has also received special training in cosmetic acupuncture.
In addition, Dr. Kasaj enjoys teaching almost as much as she enjoys learning. She has worked for the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine on multiple occasions as a teaching assistant for courses like Physiology and Men’s and Women’s Health. More recently, she has been a teaching assistant for the course of Physical Medicine.
